Fruity white wine punch

silverwitch:

To help Celebrate Beltane why not try this punch.

Ingredients

    1 litre/1 pint 15fl oz white wine

    1 apple, chopped

    300ml/10½fl oz apple juice

    150ml/5fl oz sparkling elderflower

    ice

Preparation method

  1)  Combine wine, juice and apples in a jug with ice and stir.

   2) Top with sparkling elderflower water and serve.
